Description
Taban Ateny is the administrative pastor and secretary for CC Tonj and for the pastor sponsorship under IDAT church plants. He joined CC Tonj in 2015 but started serving with the ministry this year. Ps. Taban went to school for administrative training in 2019.
Ps. Taban came to Christ under the Catholic Church, but he truly began to understand and follow Jesus in 2005. After joining CC Tonj in 2015 his faith grew rapidly and he had a desire to serve Jesus
Taban has faced many challenges as a believer, including being beaten by soldiers for sharing his faith. Despite this, he has witnessed God’s faithfulness and rewards through obedience and trusting in Him.
Pastor Taban is married to Aluel and God has blessed them with four children.
