William is a pastor of Calvary Chapel Abilek.
His mother gave birth out of wedlock. His grandparents took him to the village and he was raised by his grandfather who was blind. He started going to Catholic church as a small boy and grew up in the Catholic traditions. At age 13 he got really sick and his grandparents took him to the witchdoctor. The witchdoctor told him his biological father, who was unknown to him, sent an evil spirit to kill him. He refused to believe that and decided he needed more prayers and left the Catholic church to join the Episcopal Church.
In 2020, IDAT’s Community Health Evangelism program reached his village and he listened to the teaching and it moved him to join a Calvary Chapel in a nearby village. After two years IDAT planted a church and asked him to pastor it. He is one of the best village pastors with a heart for the Lord and desire to evangelize.
