Pasquale Deng, a 29-year-old man from Bobi, was once lost in spiritual confusion. Though he attended ECS Church, he struggled to believe in its power. Convinced that faith alone could not protect him, he turned to charms for security. Instead of safety, they brought pain, constant sickness, injuries, and torment. No ritual or traditional healing could free him from the suffering they caused.
In desperation, Pasquale cried out for prayer. When every other power failed, God answered. Through prayer alone, he was delivered from his afflictions. In that moment, he realized the truth: only Jesus Christ could save him. Since then he has been attending Calvary Chapel Bobi, where he is now serving as the senior pastor.
With a transformed heart, Pasquale chose to surrender his life to Christ. No longer bound by fear or deception, he embraced faith in God alone. Today, he stands as a living testimony of God’s power a man once trapped by darkness, now walking in the light of Christ.
